Imam Talib Shareef’s DNA patriarch lineage was revealed at the January 25th community meeting courtesy of AfricanAncestry.com. It was revealed that members of his family originated from the area that is now the country of Guinea-Bissau in West Africa, a country that Imam Talib mentioned was the native country his Arabic instructor.  Other members of the community took advantage of the the special Black History month pricing that is being offered by AfricanAncestry.com and will soon also know their ancestry.
